Acer Iconia W700-6465 Review

Lisa Gade reviews the Acer Iconia W700 Windows 8 Tablet. Like the MS Surface Pro and Samsung ATIV 700T, this is a full Win 8 64 bit computer with the brains of an Ultrabook. It runs on a 1.7GHz Intel Core i5 CPU with 4 gigs of RAM and a 128 gig SSD drive. It has an 11.6" multitouch IPS display running at 1920 x 1080. The tablet itself has 1 USB 3.0 port, micro HDMI and Acer includes a stand/dock with 3 USB ports. They also include a Bluetooth keyboard and a case. It weighs 2 lbs. and is 0.47" thick and features an aluminum unibody casing, dual cameras, dual band WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0. List price is US $999 for the 128 version.
